The Period has not ended Alert (Modal) is displayed once Create SuperStream Submission is selected if the Period End Date the SuperStream is being created for is in the future. This alert is to warn you that if you continue, any pay run processed after this date will need to be submitted in a separate SuperStream submission.

To resolve this, either select Yes to continue creating the SuperStream Submission or select No and wait until the period end date is in the past.
