Change Pay Template Derails for a specific Payee

  1. Select Payees.
  2. Locate the Payee you require by manually scrolling through the Payee List, entering the name into Search or using Show Advanced Filters.
  3. Once the Payee has been located, select Actions > Edit.
  4. Select Employment and Payment.
  5. Navigate to Pay Template.
  6. Make any changes as required;
    1. Add a Pay Type,
      1. Select the Pay Type you require from the drop-down list.

        🎯 Salary Sacrifice (to Super Fund, OTE) and After Tax Superannuation Contribution are only available for selection if the Payee's Personal Superannuation Contribution Details have been entered.

        👉 If Advanced Pay Template is selected, amend the Quantity and/or Rate, if required.

      2. Select Add.

    2. Remove a Pay Type

      1. Select Delete next to the Pay Type you wish to remove.

      2. Make any other changes as required (e.g., add a Pay Type or amend the Quantity/Hours).

    3. Change the Quantity and/or Rate defined for a Pay Type in Advanced Pay Template.
      1. Amend the Quantity and/or Rate as required.

      2. Make any other changes as required (e.g., add/delete a Pay Type)

    4. Change a Payees Pay Template from Basic to Advanced.
      1. Select Advanced Pay Template.

      2. Make any other changes as required (e.g., add/delete a Pay Type or amend the Quantity/Hours).

    5. Change a Payees Pay Template from Advanced to Basic.
      1. Select Basic Pay Template.

        🎯 Before selecting Basic, please ensure the Rate displayed for Ordinary Time is identical to the Rate displayed in Rate Per Hour. Please update the Rate Per Hour / Annualised Salary if these amounts differ.

      2. Make any other changes as required (e.g., add/delete a Pay Type or amend the Quantity/Hours).
  7. Then, select Save.
