Awards
Add an Award enables you to add a new Award.
Award, Agreement and Update Award allows you to select the relevant section you require;
- Award (this section) to add, edit or view the Awards you have added previously.
- Agreement to add, edit or view the Awards you have added previously.
- Update Awards to process the Awards, which must be updated based on the Fair Work API.
Search enables you to enter information to filter the results shown in the Awards List.
Advanced Filters enables you to select the relevant options to filter the results shown in the Awards List.
The Awards List displays the Modern Award, Award Name, Classification, Set or Average Hours, Hourly Rate, Yearly Salary, State the Award/Agreement applies to, Annual Leave, Sick and Carer's Leave, Long Service Leave, Other Leave and RDO's for each previously added Award.
🎯 We've included the ability to change the sort order by selecting the relevant arrow in the Table Headings.
The Actions Button enables you to Edit, View, Copy or Delete each Award listed in the table.
🎯 The ability to delete an Award is not available when it is Active.
Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Awards you would like displayed per page.
Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Awards.
Agreements
Add an Agreement enables you to add a new Agreement.
Award, Agreement and Update Award allows you to select the relevant section you require;
- Award to add, edit or view the Awards you have added previously.
- Agreement to add, edit or view the Awards you have added previously.
- Update Awards (this section) to process the Awards, which must be updated based on the Fair Work API.
Search enables you to enter information to filter the results shown in the Agreements List.
Advanced Filters enables you to select the relevant options to filter the results shown in the Agreements List.
The Agreements List displays the Agreement Name, Underpinning Award, Classification, Set or Average Hours, Hourly Rate, Yearly Salary, State the Award/Agreement applies to, Annual Leave, Sick and Carer's Leave, Long Service Leave, Other Leave and RDO's for each previously added Award.

Show allows you to select which Awards you want to see; either a list of Awards where the Current Rate Per Hour defined in the Award;
- is less than the Current Fair Work Rate Per Hour.
- equals or is greater than the Current Fair Work Rate Per Hour.
Apply allows you to select Ignore, Match or Increase.
- Ignore is only available when Current Rate ≥ Current Fair Work Rate is selected, which allows you to ignore the minimum wage increase for this Award.
- Match is available for both Current Rate ≥ Current Fair Work Rate and Current Rate < Current Fair Work Rate are selected, which allows you to increase the Current Rate set in the Award to match the Current Fair Work Rate.
- Increase allows you to increase the Current Rate set in the Award to the Current Fair Work Rate PLUS the amount displayed in Difference, except when Current Rate < Current Fair Work Rate is selected, where the Current Rate set in the Award increases to match the Current Fair Work Rate.
Clear allows you to clear all checkboxes selected in the Awards List.
Update allows you to Update the selected Awards based on the rule you have chosen in Apply.
The Awards List displays the Modern Award, Classification, Prior FW Rate (based on the last Operative From date), Current Rate Per Hour set in the Award, the Difference between the Prior FW Rate and the Current Rate, and the Current FW Rate (based on the most recent Operative From date).
