👉 If you use our FREEPAY plan, we provide 30 days of free support and setup assistance. After the 30 days have expired, you will need to choose a paid plan if you require ongoing assistance.
To obtain support, navigate to the Profile menu, then select Request Support. 👉 If you cannot access the Profile menu, please log your request through our website.
The following page will be displayed: update all required fields, then select Submit.
The Support Request successfully submitted Alert (Modal) is displayed. Select Ok.
