To obtain support, navigate to the Profile menu, then select Request Support. If you are using our FREEPAY plan, we provide 30 days of free support and setup assistance. After the 30 days have expired, you will need to choose a paid plan if you require ongoing assistance.

If you cannot access the Profile menu, please log your request through our website.

The following page will be displayed: update all required fields, then select Submit.

The Support Request successfully submitted Alert (Modal) is displayed. Select Ok.
