Access Knowledge Base

 

  1. Navigate to your Account, then select Access Knowledge Base.

Request Support

 

👉 If you use our FREEPAY plan, we provide 30 days of free support and setup assistance. After the 30 days have expired, you must choose a paid plan if you require ongoing assistance.

 

  1. To obtain support, navigate to the Profile menu, then select Request Support
    👉 If you cannot access the Profile menu, please log your request through our website.
  2. The Request Support Form will be displayed: update all required fields, then select Submit.
  3. The Support Request successfully submitted Alert (Modal) is displayed. Select Ok.

Start Remote Support

 

  1. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Start Remote Support when directed by our e-PayDay Support Personnel to open our Remote Desktop Resource (set.me).
  2. Select Download SetMe Client.
  3. Select the downloaded SetMe Client.exe to run.
  4. When asked to install the application, select Yes, then advise the e-PayDay Support Personnel of the number you are presented with.

Provide a Suggestion

 

  1. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Provide a Suggestion.
  2. The Provide a Suggestion Form will be displayed: update all required fields, then select Submit.
  3. The Suggesstion successfully submitted Alert (Modal) is displayed. Select Ok.

Sales or Administration Enquiry

 

  1. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Sales or Administration Enquiry.
  2. The Sales or Administration Enquiry Form will be displayed: update all required fields, then select Submit.
  3. The Sales or Administration Enquiry successfully submitted Alert (Modal) is displayed. Select Ok.

Change User Profile Settings

 

  1. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select My Settings.
  2. Update any details as required, then select Save.

Change Password.

 

  1. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Change Password.
  2. The Change Password Form will be displayed. Enter your Current Password, New Password, and New Password (repeat), then select Save.
