Award Details Changed Alert (Modal) Explained (Payee Master File)

The Award Details Changed Alert (Modal) is displayed when Actions > Edit is selected for a Payee whose Award has been amended since they were last opened.

Select Yes, to update the Payee's EmploymentPayment and Leave Entitlement information based on the amendments made in the Award. Otherwise, select No.

 

👉 If there is a difference between the rules entered within the Award and the Rules stored within the Payee Master File, the Accrual Rules Differ Alert (Modal) will then be displayed.
