The Cost Centres Alert (Modal) is conditionally displayed when Cost Centres is selected within the Process Page for the relevant Payee.

The Modal allows you to change the hours/QTY allocation for each Pay Rate and Allowance included in the Process Page.

Please refer to Allocate Cost Centre QTY/Hours for a Payee whilst processing their Pay.

If the Hours/QTY Value is changed in Process, it is automatically updated in Cost Centres based on the Payees Default selection.

For Example, John's default Cost Centre is Margate. As all of his hours have been assigned to Margate, any changes to the Hours/QTY in Process will change the hours allocated to Margate.
