Employer SG (Superannuation Guarantee) is accruing, and it shouldn't be

  1. Review the Super Rules set within the Payee Master File.
  2. Review the Employer SG Percentage or dollar amount set within the Payee Master File. 
  3. Review the Pay Rate and/or Allowance Transaction Report to check which Pay Types have been used for this Payee.
  4. Review the OTE Setting within each Pay Rate and/or Allowance this Payee has been paid.

Once the correct rules have been set up as required, please contact your accountant/bookkeeper for assistance in calculating the incorrect amount to be deducted in the next pay run by using the Employer SG Adjustment (+/-).
