Finalise e-PayDay® Go as you have sold your Business

If the new business owners are not continuing with e-PayDay®.

  1. Process the final pay run for your ABN, including any Cessation / Termination Pays, as directed by the relevant parties.
  2. Complete your End Of Financial Year.
  3. Choose to either Archive or Cancel your Subscription Plan.

If the new business owners are continuing with e-PayDay®.

  1. Process the final pay run for your ABN, including any Cessation / Termination Pays, as directed by the relevant parties.
  2. Complete your End Of Financial Year.
  3. To assist the new owners, Export your Payee Information (e-PayDay Go Format) and delete the Payees that are not being transferred to the new owners. 
  4. The new owners will need to complete the following steps;
    1. STEP 1 - Sign Up and start using e-PayDay Go.
    2. STEP 2 - Review your Organisation settings.
    3. STEP 3 - Add your Awards/Agreements.
    4. STEP 4 - Add your Superannuation Funds.
    5. STEP 5 - Review the system default Pay Types and add any you require.
    6. Import your Payee Information (e-PayDay Go Format).
