The user profile is accessible from the top right-hand corner of e-PayDay Go.
Access Knowledge Base opens the Knowledge Base in a separate tab or browser window.
Request Support opens the Request Support Form and allows you to detail the query you need assistance with.
Start Remote Support opens our Remote Desktop Resource (set.me). Select this when directed by our e-PayDay Support Personnel.
Provide a Suggestion opens the Provide a Suggestion Form and enables you to send us your feedback and suggestions for future releases,
Sales or Administration Enquiry opens the Sales or Administration Enquiry Form and allows you to detail the query you need assistance with.
My Settings allows you to change the settings for your account.
Change profile picture allows you to change the image displayed when your user profile is logged in.
Change password enables you to change your password within e-PayDay Go.
Login attempts display a list of login attempts for your profile.
Download collected data does not currently function.
Manage linked accounts enables you to set up the ability to switch between the Tenant/User profile quickly you are currently logged in to and another Tenant/User profile that you use.
Manager authority delegations enable you to delegate admin privileges to a user for a certain period.
Logout enables you to log out of your account.

Linked Accounts enables you to set up the ability to switch between the Tenant/User profile quickly you are currently logged in to and another Tenant/User profile that you use.
Link new account enables you to enter the details of all user profiles you use for other e-PayDay Go Tenants.
The Profile List displays each of the Tenants/User profiles you have previously linked.
The Log In Button enables you to switch to the selected Tenant/User Profile quickly.
The Delete Button enables you to delete a Tenant/User profile you have previously linked with the Tenant/User profile you are presently using.
Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Tenants/User profiles you would like displayed per page.
Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Tenants/User profiles.
