There are several Alerts that may be displayed within Subscription,
- Changing Plan Level Alert (Modal)
- Cannot Change Plan Level Alert (Modal)
- Revert Plan Level Change Alert (Modal)
- Cancel Subscription (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal)
- Data Deletion (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal)
- Cancel Subscription (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal)
- Subscribe to Archive Plan Alert (Modal)
- Data Deletion (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal)
Changing Plan Level Alert (Modal)
The Changing Plan Level Alert (Modal) is displayed when Essential is selected in Subscription Information, thus downgrading from the Advanced Plan.
Cannot Change Plan Level Alert (Modal)
The Cannot Change Plan Level Alert (Modal) is displayed when Essential is selected in Subscription Information if you are unable to change your Plan level.
To resolve this alert, please refer to Delete a Cost Centre.
Revert Plan Level Change Alert (Modal)
The Revert Plan Level Change Alert (Modal) is displayed when Advanced is re-selected in Subscription Information before your first Essential Plan Subscription payment is deducted.
Cancel Subscription (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal)
The Cancel Subscriptor (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal) is conditionally displayed if Cancel is selected when the Plan is FREEPAY.
To cancel your subscription, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.
👉 If Yes is selected, the Data Deletion (FREEPAT Plan) Alert (Modal) will be displayed. Refer to Cancel your Subscription (FREEPAY Plan).
Data Deletion (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal)
The Data Deletion (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal) is displayed if Yes was selected in the Cancel Subscriptor (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal).
👉 If Delete my Data is selected, the Subscription Information Page will be updated. Refer to Cancel your Subscription (FREEPAY Plan).
Cancel Subscription (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal)
The Cancel Subscription (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal) is conditionally displayed if Cancel is selected when the Plan is not FREEPAY.
To cancel your subscription, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.
👉 If Yes is selected, the Subscribe to Archive Plan Alert (Modal) will be displayed. Refer to Cancel your Subscription (Paid Plan) or Cancel your Overdue Subscription Plan.
Subscribe to Archive Plan Alert (Modal)
The Subscribe to Archive Plan Alert (Modal) is displayed if Yes was selected in the Cancel Subscriptor (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal).
👉 If Cancel my Subscription is selected, the Data Deletion (FREEPAY Plan) Alert (Modal) is displayed.
👉 If Choose Archive Plan is selected, you will be redirected to the Plan Selection Checkout Page.

Data Deletion (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal)
The Data Deletion (Paid Plan) Alert (Modal) is displayed if Cancel my Subscription was selected in the Subscribe to Archive Plan Alert (Modal).
