RESC Adjustment (+/-) is applicable when you need to make a change to the RESC calculation within the Pay Run. This Pay Type can be used for both positive (increase) and negative (decrease) adjustments to the RESC amount.
RESC Adjustment (+/-) uses the $ (or % of Rate Per Hour) set within the Pay Rate and Leave Entitlements are not applicable. Payments with this pay type simply increase the RESC Balance within the Pay Run and are not considered to be W1 (Total of Salary, Wages & other payments), Taxable or Ordinary Time Earnings (OTE).
