Breach of Rest Break between Shifts (Incorrect Rate) is applicable when the Payee was underpaid Breach of Rest Break between Shifts in a prior pay period due to an incorrect $ (or % of Rate Per Hour) being recorded in the Pay Run.
Payments with this Pay Type use the $ (or % of Rate Per Hour) set within the Pay Rate, and Leave Entitlements are not applicable. These payments are considered W1 (Total of Salary, Wages, and other payments), Taxable, and OTE (SGAA).
