🎯 Jury Duty (Incorrect Rate) does not increase the leave balances. If the Leave Balances need to be increased, Jury Duty (Incorrect Hours) should be used instead.

Jury Duty (Incorrect Rate) is applicable when the Payee was underpaid Jury Duty in a prior pay period due to an incorrect $ (or % of Rate Per Hour) being recorded in the Pay Run.
Payments with this Pay Type use the $ (or % of Rate Per Hour) set within the Pay Rate, and Leave Entitlements are not applicable. These payments are considered W1 (Total of Salary, Wages, and other payments) and Taxable; however, they are not OTE (SGAA).
